IT ALL STARTS FROM AN IDEA
Once the customer’s needs have been identified, the development of the concept begins in order to get a general idea of the project.
FROM AN IDEA TO A RENDERING
Passing from an idea to the presentation of the rendering, fundamental to making the project ‘visible’, and thus more concrete, in the eyes of the client.
PRODUCTION PHASE
Once the project has been defined, it moves onto production.
Prototyping is another fundamental step to expose any possible problems while leaving the opportunity to make improvements.
Once fine –tuned the prototype, the project proceeds onto the production phase which is then followed by the delivery of the products into the hands of the client.
STYLE, DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY, CHARACTER
Tradition and progress are blended into products that encapsulate the best in Italian manufacturing, with every part of the end-to end process being carried out in-house.
Ongoing research into innovative technologies and high-precision machinery. Immense potential in transforming the raw material and moulding it into myriad shapes – the perfect synthesis of Italian design, tradition and craftsmanship.
PLANNING&DESIGN
Every technician engages with the entire production cycle, from planning and design right through to the finished product, encompassing every stage, from quoting and sampling all the way to development and manufacture.
What makes us unique is our creativity, the team and the “made in Italy”.
Our creative department is the beating heart of the company.
From the hand-drawn project to the prototype with tireless love and passion.
MILLING MACHINES
A single CNC workstation to carry out all processing operations.
5 interpolating axes – with continuous rotation of axes B and C, made possible by the deployment of technologically advanced components – deliver the highest processing speed and maximum quality of the finished product.
LASER
Laser marking machines for backlit accessories and for marking and cutting wood, metal, fabrics and paper.
Laser cutting and backlight technology on 3x2 m surfaces, for thin plastic and wooden materials
GLUING
Gluing with solvent-based glues and gluing with UV drying.
FOLDING
Manual folding using electrical heating elements.
THERMOFORMING
Through the use of an industrial oven, which heats Plexiglas to make it malleable, we process our products manually.
SCREEN-PRINTING DEPARTMENT
Screen-printing is a technique that uses as the printing plate a polyester fabric stretched across a wooden or metal frame.
Screen-printing is a very versatile technique and can be used with various materials, including fabric, glass, mirror, porcelain and Plexiglass.
Using tampography or pad printing we can reproduce – in a simple and extremely faithful way, with perfect resolution – drawings, text and decoration, on both flat and irregular surfaces.
DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printers offer a number of key features, including high levels of productivity, quality, reliability and flexibility.
Suitable for flatbed printing and 360° printing on various objects and materials, they afford unlimited customisation opportunities.
COATING
Pre- and post-coating department for sanding, levelling out and mirror-polishing the products. High-quality liquid coating.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING
Deburring and buffing of wood, metals and methacrylate.
Polishing: nitrogen/oxygen blowtorch to polish the Plexiglas surfaces.
Edge polisher with gloss and matt diamond-tipped heads, to make the Plexiglas perfectly even.
ASSEMBLY
Our assembly and packaging department is at the cutting edge of technology.
Exceptionally high standards of quality control and product cleaning.
